SCHACK® REACTOR BOILER

The SCHACK® Reactor Boiler (Reactor Waste Heat Boiler) is responsible for generating medium-pressure steam from process gas, typically cooled down from 600° C to 400° C (1,112° F to 752° F).
Proven Long-term Operation
The SCHACK® Reactor Boiler is a shell-and-tube boiler where the flue gas passes through the tubes with dedicated and integrated steam space in the shell. Design and process data are harmonized so that there is no negative effect on operation or fouling. The high reliability of SCHACK® Reactor Boilers is proven by long-term operation in the field.
