UNIQUE TUBE BUNDLE DESIGN
The SCHACK® Oil Preheater in the carbon black process provides preheating of feedstock and fuel.
It is a tube bundle heat exchanger arranged in the process gas downstream the Air Preheater. The recovered heat is returned to the process.
Efficient Preheating of Feedstock & Fuel
The SCHACK® Oil Preheater with its own tube bundle design can also be used as superheater for saturated steam from waste heat boilers.
